Conditions for return packaging: It is essential that the products returned by the customer arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition; within their original packaging, with the label, and without obvious signs of use, otherwise, the request will be rejected. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the return.

8. E-GIFT CARD CONDITIONS

8.1 PURCHASE BOHEMIAN LOVE STYLE e-Gift Cards can only be purchased on our website www.bohemianlovestyle.com

Important: Gift Card purchasers must ensure they provide the correct email address. Gift Card recipients are responsible for remembering the email of the Gift Card, as we cannot provide a new one if the Gift Card is deleted from their inbox. More than one Gift Card can be purchased per order by choosing the "add to cart" option or repeating the "gift" option for as many recipients as desired. Each recipient will be emailed a unique Gift Card code, which will not be visible in the order confirmation received by the buyer, nor by any other recipient. The Gift Card code is sent to the recipient via email on the date chosen by the buyer on the e-Gift Card product page. This date may differ from the purchase date. 

8.2 USE AND VALIDITY IN TIME AND SPACE 

Gift Cards can be used on our website. To redeem a gift card, the code received by email must be entered during the checkout stage in the "Order Summary" section. The Gift Card can be used as many times as desired until the balance runs out. If the purchase exceeds the value of the card, the extra amount can be paid using another available payment method. Only one Gift Card can be used per purchase. However, it is possible to combine it with a discount code and other payment methods. The Gift Card balance can be checked at any time by clicking the link in the gift card.

8.3 SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The Gift Card is an electronic product, primarily intended to be used as a payment method. Therefore, Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges of items purchased with an e-Gift Card: Items purchased with an electronic gift card can only be exchanged. They cannot be refunded to a credit card or any other payment method. Returns of items purchased with an e-Gift Card: If the customer wishes to return a product purchased with a gift card, the amount will be credited to a new gift card. If the customer decides to return an item partially purchased with an e-Gift Card, the amount paid through the gift card will be credited to a new card, and not through another means. The amount paid through another payment method will be refunded using that same payment method.

To process the purchase of a Gift Card, certain personal data is required, such as: Name, Surname, and email address. This data will only be used for managing the electronic gift card and will not be retained for any other purpose.

8.5 LIABILITY

The issuer of the Gift Card is BOHEMIAN LOVE STYLE S.L., which is also the owner of said card. The Gift Card is a bearer document. The responsibility for the use and custody of the Gift Card lies exclusively with its holder or recipient. The recipient of the Gift Card will be solely responsible for its use and custody. BOHEMIAN LOVE STYLE is not responsible for the loss or deletion of the Gift Card email, and therefore, will not proceed with any refunds or the issuance of a new card. Presenting the purchase receipt by the buyer does not entitle them to any refund or the creation of a new Gift Card. In the case of purchasing a gift card, BOHEMIAN LOVE STYLE is not responsible for non-receipt or delays in receipt by the recipient due to causes beyond BOHEMIAN LOVE STYLE, such as: deficiencies in telecommunications lines, loss of information, inaccuracies in the recipient's data for the Gift Card, inability to deliver the card to the email address provided by the buyer, or if the email goes to spam.

This Notice will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law. BOHEMIAN LOVE STYLE S.L. and users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for any disputes that may arise from accessing or using the website.
