Return Conditions

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging.
• If the size doesn’t fit or you prefer a different item, you can request an exchange (subject to availability).
• Handmade items or items finished after the order is placed are eligible for return in exchange for a store credit voucher with no expiration date.
• Outlet dresses are non-returnable, as they are final stock pieces sold at cost price.

Costs and Fees
